Junior Well Service and Completion Engineer
Location: Head Office & Offshore Facilities
Reports to: Lead Completion Engineer
Role Overview:
Responsible for safe, efficient, and cost-effective planning and execution of well operations, including drilling, completion, workover, and well services. The position combines offshore operations with onshore engineering and planning support, ensuring compliance with technical, HSE, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support critical drilling and completion activities at rig sites.
- Execute offshore well services (slickline, e-line, pumping, integrity checks).
- Develop well programs and operational plans onshore.
- Ensure equipment readiness and manage inventory.
- Drive operational improvements and maintain clear communication between offshore and onshore teams.
Requirements:
- BSc in Engineering (MSc preferred).
- 0–5 years’ experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong English communication skills.
- Ability to work safely in offshore environments.
