What You’ll Do
Three CSEC subjects including English (We accept City & Guilds Math and English at stage 3)
Manage 20–40 inbound leads per day — no cold calls!
Sell, upsell, and cross-sell top services like TV, Internet, and Phone.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience while aiming to close the deal in one call.
Use our dynamic scripts, coaching, and paid training to hit your sales targets and grow your skills.
Collaborate with your team and leaders to improve performance and achieve results.

What You’ll Bring
At least 1 year of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Call Center operations (preferred, but not required).
A competitive spirit and motivation to exceed goals.
Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering great customer experiences.
Integrity, coachability, and adaptability — you’re eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Positive attitude and team-player mindset.
Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
