B2B SALES CONSULTANT (ST. LUCIA)
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant based in St Lucia, with proven experience in B2B media sales to join our dynamic team. This independent consultant role is ideal for a self-starter with the maturity to work independently, meet set targets, and deliver measurable results. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base, nurturing long-term partnerships, and contributing to overall revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities in the media, advertising, corporate and NGO sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored media and/or advertising intelligence solutions.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and presentations as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client support.
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline reports, and activity logs in the CRM system.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.

Compensation & Benefits:
Consultant role at a rate of USD $2,000.00 + commission structure based on performance
- Base monthly consultancy fee and commission structure based on performance.
