SALES COORDINATOR
We are seeking to recruit a temporary self-motivated, passionate and knowledgeable Sales Coordinator.
CORE FUNCTION
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and arranging the orders for the Company’s corporate customers. He/she will serve as the contact person for all orders and ensure a smoothly coordinated process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Actively seek to grow corporate sales year over year.
- Liaise with the Company’s corporate customers to ascertain their orders.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients.
- Update Customer database.
- Create and maintain an updated order status of all customer requests.
- Liaise with the warehouse to co-ordinate the timely delivery of orders to the relevant customers.
- Coordinate the timely collection of monies from clients.
- Participate in off site events geared at generating sales and fostering relationships with customers

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or its equivalent.
- Minimum five (5) CXC/CSEC including Mathematics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (with emphasis in Microsoft Excel).
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Unquestionable integrity and trustworthiness.
