Lead Generation Analyst to support our Business Development Team by delivering a database of companies for potential sales opportunities and to expand our customer base.
The Analyst will search for sources of information on company databases across the Caribbean, including gathering complementary information which will support our Business Development Team, informing them on how best to approach potential clients highlighting the benefits of CaribbeanJobs.com’s services.
Key actions for the Analyst will include gathering market intelligence through :
- Conducting territory analysis and account profiles to target prospective companies for new business opportunities through research conducted via the internet, existing internal databases, business associations and other networks as required.
- Creating profiles of potential companies with relevant and comprehensive information inclusive of but not limited to: name of commercial company, company name, corporate name, telephone number, size of company, how many locations do they have, person responsible for hiring, email, web site.
- Conducting research prior to making contact with companies to understand both the relevant industry sectors as well as significant trends impacting their businesses.
- Contacting companies to assess their current and projected human resource/ staffing needs.
- Support to commercial area to identify improvement points for the achievement of sales targets.
● Presentation of data analysis results to identify customer demographics, current staffing needs price sensitivity and forecasting trends to identify potential markets and inform business strategies.
- Projection management of potential sectors for achieving results.
- Working closely with the Business Development, Marketing and Operations areas on sector consultation, cost/benefit analysis, and projects as needed.
- Performing market and company analysis.
- Working with other managers in the Business Development, Marketing and Operations team to ensure lead processing is consistent with Data Quality and CRM
- Implementing a consistent approach to new account creation to ensure highest levels of data quality in our CRM system
- Setting and achieving Lead Management operational objectives, KPI’s and targets to create a best in practice lead management culture
- Presenting results of Lead Management to senior management team
