Job Title: Admin / Accounts Receivable (AR) Assistant
Location: Mandeville
Reports to: Finance Manger
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Admin / AR Assistant to support our Accounts Department. The role involves following up on customer receivables, maintaining accurate records, posting payments and invoices, and assisting with routine administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on outstanding customer accounts
- Maintain customer and supplier records
- Post payments and invoices
- Prepare basic AR reports and provide admin support
Requirements:
- CXC passes in Mathematics and English
- Strong data entry and computer skills
- Good communication and attention to detail
