About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Broker with a strong background in Property & Casualty (P&C) and Specialty Risk lines. The ideal candidate will bring solid market relationships, proven technical expertise, and the ability to structure innovative risk solutions for a diverse portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, place, and manage P&C and specialty risk programs across multiple industries.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with insurers, reinsurers, and wholesale partners.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and coverage with carriers in both Caribbean and London markets.
- Conduct client risk assessments, prepare proposals, and support annual renewals.
- Provide strategic advisory support and ensure all placements meet compliance and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as an insurance broker or similar client-facing role.
- Strong working knowledge of the Caribbean insurance landscape and the London market (Lloyd’s and company market).
- Expertise in Property & Casualty and Specialty Risk classes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Professional maturity and experience typically aligned with candidates in the mid-career stage.
