DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all Island territories and develop a strong understanding of the consumer trends relative to the groups industry
- Develops effective marketing strategies on a quarterly basis alongside the country managers, to be approved by the executive directors each quarter
- Creates and maintains a strong and positive brand identity and awareness to the public of the operating territories
- Manages all marketing and advertising efforts for the operating territories ensuring constant communication with the parties concerned
- Creation of market trend analytics on a monthly basis, to be presented to the executive directors which should represent brand awareness, marketing campaigns and initiatives, brand presence and all other relevant statistics relevant to the role
- Identify trends and opportunities for increased engagement
- Conducts and presents reports on market trends and analytics on customer engagement
- Creation and maintenance of marketing strategies, which clearly outline all core areas of focus including building brand awareness, campaigns, strengths and weaknesses and all other concerned areas
- Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice
- Coordinate product, event, or content email marketing campaigns, including copy, scheduling, testing, and database management
- Independently coordinate marketing and community events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing collateral
- Assist with developing and managing content and social media marketing programs, including blogs and public relations efforts
- Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports
- Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs, and to ensure competitiveness
- Creation and maintenance on marketing calendars to be presented to the executive directors on a monthly basis with 100% accuracy
- Any other duty as required
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, public relations mass communication or related field
- At least 3 years’ experience in higher level marketing support
- Must have strong organization and project management skills
- Attention to detail
- Firm grasp on various marketing platforms (IG, FB, Twitter, Tik Tok) channels and best practices including social, digital and email marketing
- High levels of creativity and very in tune with internation trends within F&B

- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Must be available to work on weekends and public holidays
- Ability to travel – passport and visa needed
- Reliable working vehicle is needed
- Excellent communication skills and self-presentation
This position may (not limited to) track sales data, plan meetings and organize trade shows, events, prepare reports, track social media trends and guide social media marketing strategy, assess marketing campaign success/ failures, maintain marketing databases and lead email and social media efforts.
