An established hotel is seeking a dynamic, hands-on Operations Manager with proven experience in hotel and resort operations to join our management team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the resort.
This role requires a proactive leader with strong organizational, problem-solving, and people-management skills who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Oversee and coordinate daily operational activities
- Ensure high standards of guest service, quality, and operational efficiency are consistently maintained
- Manage and supervise department heads and operational teams, providing guidance, coaching, and performance oversight
- Responsible for the direct supervision and management of the grounds department
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure operations are conducted within approved financial parameters
- Implement and enforce company operational standards
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Address guest concerns and operational issues promptly and professionally
- Liaise with owners, contractors, and external stakeholders as required
