We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef de Cuisine to lead our Asian kitchen operations. This role requires a dynamic culinary professional with proven leadership skills, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to deliver authentic Asian cuisine at the highest standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee all daily kitchen operations and food production.
- Lead authentic Asian food preparation and ensure consistency in quality and presentation.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff to achieve excellence.
- Maintain strict compliance with HACCP standards and food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the purchasing department to manage stock levels and food rotation.
- Supervise equipment maintenance, cleanliness, and sanitation practices.
- Support other outlets and assist with special events, weddings, cooking classes, and photo shoots.
- Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and respond to feedback.
What We’re Looking For
QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or GED required; formal culinary training or associate degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE: 5–7 years in fine dining, with prior leadership experience in a culinary role.
SKILLS: Strong communication (written and verbal), organizational ability, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
CERTIFICATIONS: Safe Food Handling Certification.
