KEY DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer and direct all incoming calls with a high level of professionalism and efficiency.
- Respond promptly to all customer inquiries via all established communication channels.
- Effectively and efficiently resolve all customer complaints.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Complete outbound cold calls for the FIP Team.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- An Associate Degree in Management Studies or related discipline.
- Experience in the BPO Industry and or Sales would be an asset.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient in the use of Microsfot Office Suite.
- Ability to type at least 35 words per minute.
