Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reports using Crystal Reports Enterprise 4.3
• Enhance existing reports to meet new or refined requirements
• Integrate data from multiple sources (SQL Server, Db2, Informix)
• Optimize report performance and data queries
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts during design and validation
• Ensure adherence to data governance standards and definitions
• Document report logic, data sources, and dependencies
• Support user testing and post-delivery refinements

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Crystal Reports (Enterprise 4.x)
• Solid SQL skills across multiple database platforms
• Experience working with complex enterprise data environments
• Understanding of financial data structures and controls
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to work within defined specifications and timelines
