About the Role

We are seeking a highly professional and service-oriented Head Butler to join our team at Royalton CHIC Antigua, Autograph Collection. This role is responsible for leading the Butler Service team to deliver personalized, anticipatory, and luxury-level service to our guests, ensuring an elevated and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and supervise the Butler team to guarantee exceptional guest experiences.

• Anticipate guest needs and coordinate personalized services, including room arrangements, dining, and special requests.

• Ensure consistency of luxury standards across all Butler operations.

• Collaborate with other departments (Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping) to exceed guest expectations.

• Handle VIP arrivals, departures, and special occasions with discretion and excellence.

• Manage scheduling, performance evaluations, and continuous training of the Butler team.

• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

• Previous experience as Head Butler / Assistant Head Butler / Butler Manager in luxury resorts, cruise lines, or high-end hospitality.

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a multicultural team.

• Strong organizational and communication skills in English (Spanish or French is a plus).

• Exceptional customer service mindset and attention to detail.
