Position Title: QuickBooks Trainer

Role Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and engaging professional to join our team as a QuickBooks Trainer. This role is essential for supporting our organization’s accounting and finance teams by delivering effective QuickBooks training, ensuring users are proficient and confident in utilizing the software for daily operations. You will collaborate with internal staff and external clients, contributing to the overall efficiency and accuracy of our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive QuickBooks training sessions for employees and clients.
- Create training materials, guides, and documentation tailored to various user skill levels.
- Conduct one-on-one and group training, both in-person and virtually.
- Assess trainees’ understanding and provide feedback or additional support as needed.
- Troubleshoot user issues and provide ongoing support for QuickBooks-related queries.
- Stay current with QuickBooks updates and best practices, incorporating them into training programs.
- Collaborate with the finance and IT teams to ensure training aligns with organizational needs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements to programs and materials.
- Support onboarding of new hires by providing QuickBooks orientation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations during training.
Qualifications and Experience
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks software.
- Prior experience in training, teaching, or instructional roles preferred.
- Familiarity with accounting procedures, invoicing, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Quickbooks/ Intuit Certifications preferred.
Skills:
