Department: Procurement / Supply Chain
Reports To: Procurement Manager

Job Purpose

Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services to meet organizational needs. Ensures timely delivery, cost efficiency, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and purchase materials, equipment, and services as per company requirements.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders accurately and on time.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms with suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Track and expedite orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier agreements.
• Collaborate with internal departments to forecast procurement needs.
• Assist in cost optimization and inventory control initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in purchasing or procurement.
• Skills:
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of procurement systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
