Social Media Content Creator & Digital Marketing Manager
(Full-Time | Signage, Events, Entertainment & Hospitality Industries)
We are seeking a highly creative, motivated, and results-driven Social Media Content Creator & Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital content production for multiple brands within the signage, events, entertainment, and hospitality industries.
This role requires someone who can film, edit, strategize, and manage social media content that not only looks beautiful but also drives engagement, visibility, and business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Content Creation
Capture high-quality photo and video content across job sites, events, installations, décor setups, and live productions.
Produce polished short-form content including Reels, TikToks, Stories, promotional clips, before/after showcases, and behind-the-scenes features.
Edit videos using mobile or professional editing software.
Create graphics and layouts for social media and promotional posts.
Maintain consistent branding across all platforms.
2. Social Media Management
Develop weekly and monthly content calendars for multiple brands.
Plan, script, film, and publish daily/weekly content based on platform trends.
Manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Monitor analytics and prepare monthly performance reports.
Respond to messages, comments, and community engagement as needed.
3. Digital Marketing & Growth
Create content that supports lead generation and sales.
Highlight brand strengths, customer experiences, and unique selling points.
Support marketing campaigns, product launches, events, and partnerships.
Suggest and execute creative strategies to increase visibility and conversions.
4. On-Site Coverage
Attend events, installations, and productions to capture real-time content.
Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during major events.
Must be able to travel between locations; having a personal car is an asset but not mandatory.

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Technical Skills
Strong videography and photography ability (mobile or DSLR).
Proficient in video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar).
Graphic design ability (Canva required; Adobe Creative Suite an asset).
Understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
Professional Competencies
Creative storyteller with strong visual and brand awareness.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously.
