This position is responsible for driving new sign-ups, upgrades, and renewals to meet or exceed established sales targets. Working closely with the Membership Manager, the Platinum Sales Executive engages members both in-store and through outreach efforts, while maintaining accurate records for sales and commission processing. The ideal candidate is results-driven, customer-focused, and committed to delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and sell Platinum memberships to new and existing members
- Support membership sales events and outreach activities
- Meet or exceed assigned weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets
- Complete daily/weekly reconciliation of transactions for commission processing
- Make follow-up calls and maintain a list of potential Platinum upgrades
- Work closely with Club and Membership Managers to support club goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of five (5) CSEC subjects, including English Language, Mathematics and a business subject
- Minimum of 3 years of Sales experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
- Must be results-driven, organized, and a team player
- Must own a reliable motor vehicle

- May require travel to support events and outreach
