Quality Assurance Manager

The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in delivery of sales and services at resorts through frequent and regular quality reviews and implementation of corrective and preventive measures where needed.

Specific Requirements/Duties of the Position Include:

• Reviewing and analyzing performance reports
• Reviewing the operations of loyalty and travel departments at resort with specific emphasis on sales consultations and compliance with standard operating procedures
• Maintaining, updating, and conducting regular reviews of the standard operating procedure manual
• Conduct detailed audits of the resort's loyalty and travel operation to include performance, productivity, and compliance scores.
• Identifying team members in need of improvement and recommending the necessary steps for development
• Creating and implementing strategic plans for the overall improvement of the team
• Providing regular written and verbal feedback to team leaders and team members

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Sales Management or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service background required.
• PC skills (Microsoft Word/Excel, PDF, PowerPoint)
• Experience in staff interactions and improvement methods/projects (e.g., coaching, continuous quality improvement, productivity)
• Experience managing a team of at least 5 personnel
• Strong analytic skills
• Complete understanding of company's products, processes, operating platforms and applications (upon completion of in-house training)
