We are seeking a Budget & Financial Analyst to join our Performance Management team. This role involves preparing and coordinating planning and performance management processes and reports, ensuring alignment with annual budgets and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate preparation of data for economic analysis and processes (annual budget, project evaluation, long-range planning, ceiling tests, year-end reserves).
Monitor budget execution metrics and provide tools for early decision-making.
Interface with stakeholders across planning, operations, and development to ensure workflow alignment.
Support ex-post processes for project execution.
Prepare reports, presentations, and ad-hoc studies; maintain databases for key processes.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in performance management or project planning, preferably in the oil & gas industry.
Strong technical competency in budgeting, cost evaluation, long-range planning, and financial analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Anaplan.
Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
