Job- Restaurant Supervisor

As a key member of our leadership team, you’ll oversee daily restaurant operations, motivate staff, and ensure every guest enjoys the warm, festive atmosphere that defines our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support restaurant staff to maintain high standards of service and hospitality.
- Create and sustain a lively, welcoming, and festive mood for guests and team members alike.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure operational excellence.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry, with some cooking knowledge preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, plus basic accounting knowledge (must be supported by certificates).
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
- Availability to work flexible shifts (minimum 9-hour shifts).
Compensation
Base Salary: TTD $6,000 per month
Plus: Attractive commission structure based on performance
