We are looking for a creative and digitally savvy Social Media Specialist to strengthen our brand online, grow our audience, and create high-impact content across all major platforms. The ideal candidate is innovative, organized, and passionate about storytelling through social media.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms

• Create, edit, and schedule engaging content including graphics, videos, stories, and promotional posts

• Plan and maintain a content calendar aligned with brand goals

• Monitor social media trends and use insights to increase engagement and reach

• Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions professionally and promptly

• Track performance analytics and prepare reports with actionable insights

• Collaborate with internal teams on campaigns, promotions, and brand storytelling

• Assist with paid social advertising when needed

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media content creation and platform oversight

• Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills

• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar

• Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, etc.)

• Understanding of digital trends and engagement strategies

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred (an asset, not required)

• Experience in photography or short-form video editing

• Knowledge of ad platforms such as Meta Ads or TikTok Ads

• Background in digital marketing or branding
