Position Overview
Hotel Shops is seeking a highly qualified Human Resources Manager to lead and coordinate all HR functions across the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing HR policies, fostering positive employee relations, and ensuring full compliance with all applicable labor regulations.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jamaica.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience and in-depth knowledge in Human Resources and HR Management.
- Strong command of labor and employment legislation, along with proven experience in HR policy development and implementation.
- Ability to effectively manage, cultivate, and enhance employee relations.
- Highly valued competencies include leadership, organizational skills, and strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Live in Montego Bay / Falmouth or surrounding areas.
- Experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is desirable
