Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant with strong finance experience to provide administrative and financial support to senior executives. The successful candidate will assist with budgeting, scheduling, reporting, and coordinating executive operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
• Prepare and track budgets, expense reports, and financial documents
• Assist with financial reporting, invoicing, and data entry
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of senior management
• Prepare correspondence, presentations, and executive reports
• Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding executive matters
• Organise travel arrangements and itinerary planning
• Maintain accurate filing systems and documentation
• Support procurement processes and invoice reconciliation
• Assist with meeting preparation and record minutes when required
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications & Experience:
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least 3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant
• Experience working with budgets and financial reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills:
• Experience supporting senior leadership
• Knowledge of accounting software or ERP systems is an asset
• Experience in corporate or finance-based environments
