Location: Aranguez

Salary: $12,000.00 to 15,000.00/month (maximum)

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliations, General Ledger, sub-ledgers, and accounting periods in NAV Business Central.
Assist with periodic financial reporting, Board reports, and adherence to Group policies.
Maintain controls for revenue, cash/treasury accounting, and GR/RSNI; collaborate with Operations and cross-functional teams.
Prepare bank reconciliations, manage prepayments, accruals, and vendor maintenance.
Support VAT returns, corporation tax installments, Green Fund Levy payments, and Fixed Asset management.
Assist with internal and external audits and cost management reporting and inventory management.

Qualifications & Required Skills

Minimum of 5 CXC passes, including Accounting.
ACCA Level 1
Minimum three (3) years relevant accounting experience.
Minimum five (5) years supervisory experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft NAV or Dynamics is strongly preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced retail/finance environment.
