About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Finance Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day finance function for a growing business group. This is an ideal opportunity for a strong accounting professional ready to step into a leadership role, strengthen financial processes, and support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily finance operations including payables, receivables, reconciliations, and month-end close.
- Ensure full compliance with BIR, NIS, PAYE, and VAT requirements.
- Prepare monthly management accounts, financial dashboards, and cash flow updates.
- Coordinate annual audits and maintain strong internal controls.
- Improve and standardise financial processes across the organisation.
- Support system upgrades, automation, and digital accounting tools.
- Oversee supplier payments, customer collections, and credit management.
- Provide guidance and support to junior finance staff.
- Partner with leadership to support budgeting, planning, and performance analysis.
Qualifications and Experience
- ACCA Level 2 or higher, or a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Five to seven years’ experience in accounting or finance with strong operational exposure.
- Solid knowledge of local statutory and tax compliance requirements.
- Experience preparing management reports and supporting audits.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and modern accounting systems.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and sound judgment.
- Prior supervisory or team lead experience is an advantage.
