Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement advanced solutions with strategic partners to accelerate revenue growth and Sales Target
- Identify, generate, and manage sales opportunities through the full pipeline—from prospecting to closing.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales teams to ensure commercial success across key sectors.
- Work with Gold Partners and Network Integrators to help them understand our products and services through training, onboarding, and simple marketing support
- Recruit, onboard, and train local partners, aligning them with Huawei’s strategic goals and value proposition.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree required; a technical background and certification such as HCIA, CCNA, or similar networking certification will be considered an asset.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in direct and channel sales, preferably in the tech or telecom sector.
- Technical Background: Basic understanding of data communication concepts (e.g., routers, switches, IP networks) — ideally from academic study, labs, or self-learning.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
