Role Summary
The Sr Manager, Brand & Commercial FP&A will lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis for J. Wray & Nephew’s Jamaican Business Unit. Acting as a key business partner to senior leadership, this role ensures accurate P&L management, drives resource efficiency, and aligns local practices with global standards while reinforcing Jamaica’s vibrant culture.
Key Responsibilities
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and full P&L reporting for the BU.
Provide insight-driven analysis to influence leadership decisions.
Identify risks and opportunities, proactively resolving issues.
Implement global finance tools and reporting standards locally.
Mentor and develop FP&A professionals, ensuring succession planning.
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, IT, and Global Finance.
Qualifications
8+ years in FP&A or analytics, with 5+ years in leadership.
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
Advanced financial modeling and ERP experience (SAP BW/BPC/SAC).
Strong Excel and data visualization skills (PowerBI, Python preferred).
Proven ability to lead change, influence stakeholders, and develop talent.
Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
