Core Responsibilities
Report all operational duties that are not being carried out, along with any breaches of procedure, directly to the Compliance and Operations Management Teams.
Oversee, monitor, and report on all digital operational systems, including:
Guard tour tracking, body-worn camera oversight, and real-time incident reporting.
Alarm monitoring, signal verification, and emergency response coordination from the Central Station.
Vehicle movement monitoring, route tracking, and driver behaviour infraction reporting.
Recording and verifying fuel usage, consumption trends, and refill accuracy to prevent misuse.
Shift scheduling, attendance management, and maintenance of electronic time records.
Maintain accurate reporting on all vehicle movements, fuel consumption, and route adherence in coordination with the Central Station and Operations Department.
Ensure all reports are completed and submitted through the authorised digital systems; handwritten or offline reports are not accepted.
Support the Central Station through timely communication, incident escalation, and coordination of operational activities across all branches.
Uphold professionalism and maintain confidentiality of all data and sensitive information.
Carry out any other related duties assigned by management.
Requirements
Core Competencies:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording and reporting operational activities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for reporting breaches, incidents, and coordinating with teams.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple operational tasks simultaneously.
Ability to escalate incidents and coordinate effectively across departments.
Education & Experience:
Minimum of five (5) CSEC subjects, with passes in relevant areas.
2–3 years of experience in operations monitoring, security management, or logistics coordination.
Proven experience in operations monitoring, security management, or logistics coordination is an asset.
Experience working with digital monitoring systems, incident reporting platforms, or fleet management software is highly desirable.
