LOCATION: Radius Global Solutions, 12M to 18M Tony Hart Blvd, Freeport Montego Bay

Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming/outbound calls regarding billing issues, bill collections, service questions and general customer concerns for multiple projects
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers; giving white glove service
- Must have excellent attendance and adhere to company policies.
Skills and Requirements:
- Customer Service/Collections experience preferred but not necessary
- Great command of the English Language and Clear speaking voice.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient at working on a PC.
- Willing to accept coaching and developmental feedback
- Position is contingent upon passing a criminal background check and drug test
- Schedules depend on departments (flexibility is a must).
- Applicants must reside in Westmoreland, Hanover, St. James or Trelawny
- Candidates must be 18 years or older.
