Senior Supply Chain Manager

Barbados and St Lucia

We are seeking a highly experienced, analytical and organised Senior Supply Chain Manager to evaluate and optimise supply chain performance across the group. This role is responsible for developing and executing the supply chain strategy, ensuring operational efficiency and maintaining key performance metrics that support business objectives across our Barbados and St Lucia companies.

 Responsibilities:

• Develops and implements the group’s sourcing and supply chain strategy to support business objectives
• Identifies and plans for the acquisition of products and services in support of organisational needs
• Monitors supply chain performance metrics and drives continuous improvement initiatives
• Develops and manages storage and warehousing strategies, ensuring the optimal use of facilities across the group
• Ensures inventory availability and the proper utilisation, maintenance and controls to meet organisational demands
• Tracks potential changes to logistics network in order to proactively access new opportunities
• Manages and motivates a team of inventory and warehouse professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and high performance
• Collaborates closely with other business units to ensure seamless supply chain integration

Requirements:

• Energetic, self-motivated and highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication, analytical and time management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field preferred
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; previous experience working with an ERP system would be an asset
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills
