This individual will be responsible for designing, leading and executing strategies that supports growth and operational excellence.
The Role
Reporting to the CEO, the role is pivotal in collaborating with other departmental heads to provide strategic shared service support to associated companies within the group to fulfill corporate objectives. Responsibilities include:
- Manage all HR functions across the group.
- Create and implement human capital strategies for current and future business needs, including transformation and growth.
- Ensure future leaders and operational capacity through proactive workforce planning and strong succession pipelines.
- Managing leadership development, technical training, and career path programs for the company and affiliates.
- Collaborate with the C-Suite to integrate human capital factors into operational, technological, and market growth strategies.
- Promote our employer brand to help position the company as a top workplace.
Preferred Profile
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred; Bachelor’s in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or related field required.
- Professional certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD, SPHR) are a plus.
- More than 15 years of HR leadership, including at least 5 years as a top HR executive—ideally in multi-business or multi-site settings.
- Experience with HR shared service models is highly valued.
- Proven track record in aligning employee objectives with corporate goals, talent retention, and managing salaries and benefits.
- Effective leader committed to building people capability for business success.
