Bachelor's degree in Tourism Business Administration,
Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Preferred: Master's degree in Hotel Management or
Food & Beverage Management.
KNOWLEDGE
Quality Standards (AAA, LHW, Forbes, or similar).
Management of multiple consumer centers (buffets,
themed restaurants, bars, banquets, room service).
Strategic planning, input control, and advanced
financial analysis.
Conceptualization of culinary experiences and
development of new concepts.
Handling of hotel management tools and data analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management
systems (PMS/ERP).
Advanced English (90%).
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions within
luxury or large-scale all-inclusive hotels.
Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and
managing large budgets.
