Job Title: Restaurant Server

Reports To: Restaurant Manager
We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and customer-oriented Restaurant Server to deliver outstanding dining experiences in a fast-paced and team-driven environment. As a key front-of-house team member, you will be responsible for taking food and beverage orders, serving guests, and ensuring every visitor feels welcomed, well-cared for, and satisfied. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet guests, present menus, and provide detailed information on menu items, specials, and promotions
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all orders while checking in with guests throughout the meal
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests, concerns, or special dietary needs
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables, dining area, and service stations in accordance with health and safety standards
- Process guest payments efficiently, accurately handling cash and credit card transactions
- Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and host staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
- Uphold a positive and professional attitude at all times, contributing to a respectful and team-oriented workplace
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous serving or hospitality experience strongly preferred
- Outstanding customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Basic math skills and comfort handling payments and POS systems
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must meet local age requirements to serve alcohol (if applicable)
- Certificate of Character (COC)/ if shortlisted COC or copy of receipt must be provided
