Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries with professionalism and warmth
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) and keep records up to date
Prepare basic reports, documents, and correspondence as needed
Support daily office operations, including ordering supplies and maintaining office inventory
Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth workflow
Help with data entry, formatting, and administrative tasks
Support team projects and assist management with routine requests
Qualifications
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable using common office software (Email, Word, Excel, etc.)
Positive attitude, reliability, and a customer-service mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Prior administrative experience is an asset but not always required
