NIGHT AUDITOR

The night auditor is responsible for checking the front office accounting records for accuracy on a daily basis, and summarizing/compiling information for the hotel’s financial records. 

Specific Knowledge & Skills Required:

• Strong execution and organizational skills
• Ability to effectively multitask
• Ability to focus on details and quality
• Outgoing, pleasant personality with excellent guest engagement skills
• Effective interaction with staff to ensure team member and guests satisfaction
• Ability to accurately compute mathematical calculations
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Understanding and ability to work in a multi-cultural/diverse environment
• Must be flexible and responsive to all guests' needs
• Ability to analyze and resolve problems, exercising good judgment 

Qualifications and Experience:

• High School Graduate, preferably with an accounting background
• Computer literate
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and orally
