Position Title: Tele – Sales Agent
Employment Type: Full-Time, 6-month Contract
Role Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Tele-Sales Agents for a 6-month contract. The ideal candidates will have proven experience in door-to-door sales and upselling, with strong English communication and computer skills. Agents must be immediately available to join our team and contribute to our sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door sales visits to promote and sell company products/services.
- Identify customer needs and effectively upsell additional products or services.
- Build rapport with potential customers and maintain a professional image.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
- Accurately record sales activities and customer information using company systems.
- Provide feedback on customer trends and market insights to the sales manager.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and support overall sales objectives.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience in door-to-door sales or tele-sales is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to upsell and close sales
- Strong English speaking and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills, including use of CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Additional Information:
- This is a contract position for 6 months, with potential for extension based on performance.
