BRAND SALES MANAGER
The Automotive Brand Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales operations within a dealership or automotive retail environment. This role ensures the achievement of sales targets, manages the sales team, and drives customer satisfaction while maintaining profitability and compliance with company standards.
KEY FUNCTIONS
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual objectives
- Achieve maximum market penetration for all brands sold
- To manage the Showroom and the Sales Team and achieve agreed profit levels and sales targets.
- Motivate and engage teams to achieve targets
- Ensure excellent customer service and experience throughout the sales process
- To maintain agreed budgeted inventory levels.
- To purchase vehicles for sale according to Company policy and procedures.
- To ensure the satisfactory operations management of the department.
- To manage the Human Resources in the Dept ensuring that the department is properly staffed and the Industrial Relations climate is stable.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration/Marketing or relevant field
- Minimum five (5) years' experience
- Proven track record in sales management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical skills
Salary and benefits commensurate with skills and experience. Vehicle Sales experience and knowledge would be an asset.
