Position Overview

As a Contract Customer Service Interviewer, you will be facilitating interviews for an Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey. You will be required to complete telephone interviews with clients from several Caribbean countries.

Requirements

Access to a working laptop
This position requires in office attendance for 6 days per week
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be fluent in English
Previous customer service experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Make telephone calls and conduct interviews with clients
Collect and document customer feedback in our Survey Platform
Ensure a positive customer service experience in every interaction
Perform other related duties as assigned
Interviewers will be required to work Mondays thru to Fridays - 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (one hour lunch break) and Saturdays - 9:00 am - 3:00 pm

Compensation

Base Salary Weekly (minimal)
Competitive rate for targets that are achieved daily
This is a contract position
