Service Ambassador

The Business and Employment Centre is recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Service Ambassador. We’re looking for a friendly, customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service at the fuel station while helping maintain a clean and efficient work environment.

Key Duties:

• Assist customers with fueling vehicles and ensure accurate fuel levels
• Handle cash and card transactions, providing receipts and change as needed
• Promote and sell related products such as oils and lubricants
• Offer windshield cleaning services to every customer
• Keep the forecourt and parking areas clean and safe
• Perform cashier duties in the convenience store and balance payments at shift end
• Support other related duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• CXC passes in Mathematics and EnglishS
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Honest, dependable, and professional in appearance and behavior
