Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in the reconciliation of all employee leave (verification of vacation, casual, and sick leave balances; employee date of employment, etc.)
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, copying of documents
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentially with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business in alignment with CGA’s Code of Conduct and relevant policies.
- Train to act as an alternate for positions within the HR Business Unit.
- Undergo any job-related training required by the company;
- Perform other related tasks and responsibilities as required by the CHRO.
Conforms to all established departmental & company policies, procedures & objectives, fulfils the requirements of CGA Ltd.’s SQF Program including but not limited to GMPs, PPE, HACCP, food safety & HSE site protocols.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Degree in Administration/Human Resource Management or related field preferred;
- 1-2 years’ experience in Leave Management
- 1-2 years’ experience in a manufacturing company;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and data entry software;
- Time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
