Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities for assisting in the smooth running of the showroom include and are not limited to ensuring that: 

• Keep the showroom clean, especially design stations, ensuring no tiles are left out overnight.

• Support sales consultants during client visits and remain available until consultations are complete.

• Retrieve and return tiles from the warehouse for client layouts and maintain proper display organization.

• Assist with showroom customers when consultants are occupied—creating quotes and giving tours.

• Monitor tile labels, report unreadable ones, and ensure displays are free of chipped or damaged tiles.

• Accompany sales consultants on the road to assist with measurements and client sample deliveries.

• Maintain measuring tools and ensure the company vehicle is always roadworthy.

• Replace or restock display models such as sinks, vanities, and toilets as needed.

• Take pride in the overall appearance and upkeep of the showroom.
