KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
ACADEMIC/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Certificate or Diploma in Graphic Design
A Minimum of 2-3 years prior agency/marketing communications experience as a Graphic Artist
Experience/Knowledge in copy writing would be an asset
Experience in Marketing would be and asset
EXPECTED COMPETENCIES:
Proven graphic design skills, backed by a strong portfolio
Must be Proficient in the use of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop and or any other equivalent Graphic Design Software
Must be a team player with strong communication and presentation skills
Must have excellent communication skills both written and oral
Must be able to create artwork for Any Event
Able to work in a fast paced environment-Quick turn-around time is a must
Ability to incorporate feedback, receive and disseminate directive well
ADMINISTRATIVE SKILLS:
Maintain assets and electronic source files in a digital asset library
PROJECT MANAGEMENT SKILLS:
Serve as a point of contact for external vendors such as agencies, photographers and printers, website designer on all projects managed in-house
