Position:Marketing & Operations Specialist - Starbucks
 
Reporting Relationship:This position reports directly to the Operations / Marketing Business Partner –Starbucks.
                                                          
Summary:The Marketing & Operations Specialist is a dynamic, cross-functional role responsible forensuring consistent brand execution across both operational and marketing touchpoints.Acting as a bridge between store performance, marketing execution, and overall brandstandards, this role helps drive business impact through data-informed insights, campaigncoordination, and in-store excellence. The ideal candidate combines a sharp analytical mindsetwith strong project management and communication skills to support the end-to-end brandexperience—from the customer journey to digital campaigns.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate store-level performance using reports, audits, and video reviews to ensure brand and operational standards are met, including cleanliness, cash handling, play builder tools and customer service execution.
- Coordinate the effective rollout of Partner Play Kits (PPKs), ensuring alignment between Operations and Marketing, and that store teams deliver against the expected customer journey
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns, new product launches, community activations, and events, aligning them with brand strategy and business goals.
- Collate and keep track of sponsorship, marketing expenses and donations every month.
- Assist in the creation and scheduling of content, while managing assets across digital platforms and supporting ESG and community outreach initiatives.
- Work closely with external agencies, vendors, and e-commerce partners to execute campaigns and meet deliverables on time and on brand with guidance from Marketing Business Partner.
- Monitors and collates all daily/weekly operational trackers which include portfolio reporting and consolidation across HME, IMS, Sales, and RSA.
- Conduct regular in-store visits to monitor compliance with PPK execution, providing feedback and follow-ups to drive accountability.
- Coordinate logistics and scheduling for meetings, new rollouts, training sessions, and planning cycles, ensuring seamless execution across departments
- Support the implementation, prioritization, and sustainment of programs that impact Retail Operations—enhancing the partner and customer experience, and supporting business goals under the direction of the Operations Manager.
- Perform other duties as assigned, in support of cross-functional collaboration and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Analytics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in brand coordination, marketing analytics, or operations (preferably in QSR, retail, or food service).
- Understanding of restaurant operations and customer experience best practices is a strong asset.
- Experience managing campaigns and projects involving multiple stakeholders and departments.
