Are you ready to take charge and make a real impact? We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven leader to oversee the daily operations of our Cash Loan Stores. In this pivotal role, you'll be the driving force behind our sales initiatives, team performance, and overall branch success.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Lead with Purpose: Coach and support your team of Cash Loan Clerks to consistently improve performance, exceed KPIs, and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Focus on Sales & Revenue: Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by motivating your team and managing branch activities with precision.
- Spot Opportunities: Identify and act on opportunities to promote loan products and increase customer engagement.
- Oversee Loan Adjudication: Review and approve loan applications for both the branch and wider business, ensuring sound financial decisions.
- Perform Customer Assessments: Interview applicants to assess financial eligibility and guide them through the loan process with professionalism and care.
- Champion Accuracy & Compliance: Ensure all loan applications are complete, accurate, and compliant, with repayment plans clearly calculated and communicated.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Excellent interpersonal and human relations skills.
- Good time management skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing.
- Ability to exercise initiative and sound judgment.
- Competence in using advanced Excel.
- Competence in analyzing financial information.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
YOUR BACKGROUND:
- Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Accounts, Finance or related discipline would be an asset.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position with an emphasis on new client acquisition, client retention and loan underwriting.
- Experience managing / leading cashiers and associated cash management duties
- Experience managing a small team
