An approved Cayman Islands work permit will be provided. Applicants must have a clean criminal record (including no DUIs). If English is not your first language, a TOEIC English test will be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily site operations for multiple construction projects
- Direct and monitor performance of in-house crews and subcontractors
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and to high-quality standards
- Manage resource and material scheduling efficiently
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and quality assurance procedures
- Maintain accurate site documentation and reporting
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to resolve issues and maintain progress
- Utilize MS Office and MS Project for scheduling and reporting
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of recent experience in the construction industry
- At least 5 years in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
- Solid understanding of submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, change orders, punch lists, and closeouts
- OSHA safety certification (within the last 3 years)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Clean police record
