Phoenix Construction Ltd. is a leading construction firm in the Cayman Islands, proudly serving the region since 1979. We specialize in Commercial, Industrial, and high-end residential projects, offering full-service design, build, and project management.
An approved Cayman Islands work permit will be provided. Applicants must have a clean criminal record (including no DUIs). If English is not your first language, a TOEIC English test will be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate site crews, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Oversee project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting
- Manage procurement and long-lead materials
- Review and manage submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, change orders, punch lists, and closeouts
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure project quality and timelines
- Enforce safety standards and company policies
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of recent experience in the construction industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and cost-control software
- Experience with AutoCAD and design-build methods is a plus
- OSHA safety certification (within the last 3 years)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- PMP Certification is an asset
