We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in the seasonings and spices industry. In this role, you’ll be responsible for promoting and selling our high-quality spice blends, herbs, and seasonings to a variety of clients including restaurants, food distributors, grocery retailers, and specialty food stores. Your goal will be to drive sales growth, build strong client relationships, and help position our brand as a leader in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities within retail, foodservice, and distribution channels
- Present and promote our seasoning and spice products to new and existing customers
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships with buyers, chefs, and purchasing managers
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide feedback from the field to marketing and product development teams
- Stay up to date on food trends, competitor products, and industry events
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a successful Sales Representative
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- A minimum of five (5) CXC O’ Level passes inclusive of Mathematics and English.
- Must own a vehicle in good working condition.
