The Bahamas Striping Group of Companies (BSGC) is a dynamic, forward-thinking organization with a growing and diversified portfolio spanning road construction, airport maintenance, vertical construction, poultry farming, road striping, and underground water utilities. We are committed to innovation, sustainability, and national development, and we are now seeking an exceptional Group Chief Executive Officer (Group CEO) to lead us into our next era of strategic growth and operational excellence.

The Group CEO will serve as the strategic and operational leader of BSGC, responsible for driving vision, profitability, and long-term impact across all subsidiaries. This role demands a results-oriented executive with cross-industry experience, strong financial acumen, and a proven track record of leading complex, multi-sector organizations.

Key Responsibilities

1. 1.   Strategic Leadership

• Define and execute the Group’s long-term strategic vision and growth roadmap.
  • Aligning all subsidiaries under a unified strategic direction while preserving operational autonomy where beneficial.
  • Drive cross-sectoral synergies across construction, infrastructure, agriculture, and utilities.

2.   Operational Excellence

• Provide oversight of all business units to ensure operational efficiency, performance, and profitability.
  • Standardize and implement best-in-class operational policies and performance KPIs across the group.
  • Continuously evaluate business models for innovation and competitive advantage.

3.   Financial Stewardship

• Oversee financial management, risk mitigation, budgeting, and capital allocation across the Group.
• Partner with the Senior Accountant to ensure strong financial health and governance.
• Lead investment, expansion, and fundraising strategies to fuel long-term growth.

4.   Business Development s Growth

• Identify and capitalize on opportunities for expansion, MCA, and diversification.
  • Build and maintain high-value relationships with clients, investors, regulators, and government stakeholders.

5.   Leadership s Talent Development

• Cultivate a high-performance leadership team across subsidiaries.
• Lead succession planning, mentorship, and leadership development programs.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

6.   Governance s Compliance

• Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and internal governance standards across all entities.
  • Provide transparent reporting and risk management oversight to the Board of Directors.
  • Champion sustainability, ethical governance, and corporate responsibility.

7.   Brand s Reputation Management

• Serve as the public face and spokesperson of the Group.
• Enhance and protect the brand reputation of BSGC across industries.
  • Promote initiatives aligned with community development and Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles.

• MBA or relevant master’s degree in business administration, Finance, or Construction Management.
  • 15+ years of progressive executive leadership experience, including at least 5 years as a Group CEO, Managing Director, or equivalent role.
  • Proven experience managing diversified operations across sectors such as construction, infrastructure, agriculture, or utilities.
  • Strong track record of financial oversight, strategic execution, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Deep understanding of both local market dynamics and international best practices.
