Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Gather, review, and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports, and other key metrics using data analytics tools.
• Mine and interpret customer data to gain a comprehensive understanding of TECU's membership behaviors, trends, and business opportunities.
• Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Perform variance analyses and prepare detailed reports on the performance of strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with project managers, department heads, and cross-functional teams in the execution and monitoring of strategic initiatives.
• Gather and document critical information from meetings with key stakeholders to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Prepare and present recommendations, analytical reports, and professional advice to Senior and Executive Management, the Board, and relevant committees.
• Manage assigned projects, including defining deliverables, developing project plans, and tracking performance against strategic objectives.
• Evaluate business processes and identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement, developing and recommending optimization strategies as appropriate.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and databases related to projects, processes, and business operations.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Perform any other related duties consistent with the job function as assigned

 General Qualification and Experience       

 Education

•  BSc in Management / Computer Science or other job- related field required

Experience

•  Five (5) years’ relevant professional experience

Or any combination of releavant qualifications and experience

Technical Knowledge

• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable 
• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Project.
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
