Key Responsibilities

As Audit Manager, you will:

• Lead and coordinate all audit team activities, ensuring operational efficiency and exceptional client service.
• Oversee functional areas including staff management, administration, and customer service.
• Monitor team performance against objectives and budgets.
• Provide strong leadership through coaching, mentoring, and staff development to maintain high standards of service quality and productivity.
• Implement effective project management strategies and deliver timely, client-focused solutions.
• Manage multiple assignments using electronic working papers; experience with CaseWare or similar audit software is an asset.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Qualifications: ACCA designation or MSc in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience: At least 6 years in external auditing, including a minimum of 2 years at the managerial level.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles, IFRS standards, and current industry developments.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
• Ability to interact effectively with clients and team members at all levels.
