Key Responsibilities
As Audit Manager, you will:
- Lead and coordinate all audit team activities, ensuring operational efficiency and exceptional client service.
- Oversee functional areas including staff management, administration, and customer service.
- Monitor team performance against objectives and budgets.
- Provide strong leadership through coaching, mentoring, and staff development to maintain high standards of service quality and productivity.
- Implement effective project management strategies and deliver timely, client-focused solutions.
- Manage multiple assignments using electronic working papers; experience with CaseWare or similar audit software is an asset.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Qualifications: ACCA designation or MSc in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience: At least 6 years in external auditing, including a minimum of 2 years at the managerial level.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles, IFRS standards, and current industry developments.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
- Ability to interact effectively with clients and team members at all levels.
